I need good ping ( > 40ms to 176.108.0.1)
And stable network (without packetloss, or too much hops);
About CPU, will be good > 2Ghz too, but without stacking (my application usually use ~ 300mhz, but sometimes it's use > 2Ghz); it's single-thread application, thats why perfomance it's main for me.
